The business of RMG capitalizes on Mr. Rosen’s years of successful experience in the national and international music markets by providing all categories of management support to individual artists and groups, independent startups, and major recording companies on a worldwide basis. According to Michael, “The success of RMG is based on providing a structured approach to each of five basic levels of program planning available to the artist, group, or small independent to large business we work with.”

The programs begin by providing input into client/music style, artistic vision, industry review, project analysis, and material selection for individual artists and groups. More in-depth programming includes expanded input into styling selection, collaboration efforts, demo/master evaluation/selection and production, presentation techniques, and support to staffing and personnel selection, culminating in our newly developed ground breaking category of reality show program support.

RMG is highly selective regarding who it elects to work with as this tends to create a “win-win” type relationship between RMG and its clients and a more efficient work environment.

Programs for small independent to large/major companies include; complete A&R services, full production support, identification/recommendation of production staffing, evaluation of materials, recommendation of songwriting talent and publishing companies, as well as providing counsel on national and international markets and licensing venues/opportunities.

Known as an exceptionally strong and extraordinarily creative music industry insider, Michael previously founded Dash Entertainment where he served as President & CEO honing his highly successful music industry business and artistic skills in numerous music venues, marketing, public relations, management, promotions and A&R support. With the scheduled opening of a new publishing company coming soon, Michael will be providing full service creative publishing on a global basis as well.
