Michael Oparenovich

Michael was born on 27 June 1950 in Galveston, Texas to Rosemary and Steve Oparenovich. He graduated from North Shore High School in Houston with the Class of 1968 and Lamar University at Beaumont in 1972. He was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He was a Juvenile Probation Officer for Harris County for 15 years and a Pharmaceutical Rep and District manager for many years. He was the proud owner of the Baja Beach Club on Boddecker Drive in Galveston. Michael never met a stranger, only friends, and there was never a man who loved life more than Michael.

Michael is survived by his mother, Rosemary Oparenovich of Galveston; aunt and uncle, Mary and Don Pratt of Pasadena, aunt, Jean Humphreys of Conroe, and uncle Glen A. Burkham of Houston; loving companion, Bobbie Krantz of Galveston; numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
